The Cabinet War Rooms are actually part of the Imperial War Museum and are operated to the very high standard you would expect.

Visitors are given acoustic guides (hi-tec tape players) to guide them through the museum and explain the exhibits. This works really well and is certainly worth visiting if your interested in Britain at War.
