Men of Britain
The Premier Home Guard Living History Group

By bringing the memory of the Home Guard back to life, The Men of Britain are determined that the important role played by these part time soldiers is professionally re-created to educate, inform and remember their sacrifice - 1200 home guards lost their life in pursuit of the defence of our country.

We will remember them.

Weapons such as the Vickers machine gun, American .30-06 Pattern 17 rifle, the .303 Pattern 14 rifle, Sten gun, Browning Automatic Rifle, Spigot Mortar and small arms such as the Number 69 blast grenade, are all used and trained to a high standard using original drill books and commands.
